Privacy

Spirit Creek Gardens Inc. operates these websites. Store purchases are handled by WW.CX; its privacy policy describes that service.

Information you provide

Seeds of Kindness uses activation, request, contact, fulfilment and story information to operate the program. Public stories can contain the information and images you choose to publish. Review the program privacy and participation terms before submitting.

Choose carefully what you share

Do not publish another person’s information or identifiable image without their permission. For children, obtain appropriate parent or guardian permission. Group organisers must ensure participants agree to the public information they submit. Keep precise home addresses and private contact details out of public stories.

Service providers and maps

The community map may request tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives connection information such as your IP address. Hosting services process technical request information to deliver and secure the websites. Payment and fulfilment services process information needed for their functions.

Store referrals

Links to WW.CX identify the referring site. Automatic referral storage on WW.CX follows your shopping analytics choice; a saved source may be attached to an order. You can also enter a partner code yourself. See the store privacy information.

Requests and corrections

Contact the team about access, corrections, removal or privacy concerns. Removed content may remain in protected backups until they expire. Your responsibilities do not remove our obligations under applicable privacy law.
